    ALHAMDULILLAH,
    feeling better and saticfied day by day and becoming productive day by day. my body is growing and mental health is super wift. i have less depression. my muscle break downs are reducing. now i can workout as much as i want.

    9 days done! On to day 10 :) Happy and also surprised at the same time. Amazing what keeping busy can do. Not even feeling that great about life, but also not spending lots of time sitting around bored with mind wandering. Feeling a little bit of temptation now and again, but also feeling a bit of positive change mentally with regards to this and life moving forward :)
