Hi, I have been meditating for the last 3 years, but i take breaks. Now during nofap, I try to do it every day. I just sit down and try to clear my head from the flow of thoughts. It helps me to calm down after a working day and destroy light urges. Sorry for my Englando XD
Yeah man it really seems to help! It's nice to remove those thoughts for a while. Crazy how good I feel afterwards as well.
At lest you are noticing that! Now find how you're going to avoid those triggers and prevent the urges!
Day 3 today has been okay. I still feel good, but I have a lot of work to do now. Glad that I have been meditating because it is keeping my head in a good space.
I use HeartsApp. I would say it is more about quality. But quantity matters too. I ain't no expert. But you know the best fit for you. So go tinker with different combinations and find your thing

Day 4/21. Checking in everyday has helped so much. I'm the type of person that needs to keep myself accountable for things like this. Doing all the little things right, I have the right mindset, and I feel happy about myself as a person.
