    Ok, so I’ve changed to strict personal goals for myself as my counter indicates. I tried this once before but found excuses and didn’t have any restrictions, though I feel far better knowing what my own struggles are and needing to be strict with them. Also, I’m here to be honest concerning my personal goals. If I break them, I reset my counter.
    In other words, lust has been a huge problem for me, not P, so I’m trying to deal with this with my personal goals.

    Hi guys
    My 90 days challenge is going good even if I have so many thoughts about having sex. All the girls look so hot to me that I have erections very often. So it is very hard to not visit porn sites that I need cold showers to keep calm
