    I have to reset the counter because I edged. Back from day 0. A bit disheartened. But it's okay. I'm gradually getting the hang of dealing with urges now.
    I have assigned myself a bunch of deadlines next week. Hopefully they will help me distract from the temptation.

    lot´s of brothers relapse recently. i just want to say that when we see things in perspective, in reality what prevents us from creating an epic life is giving in to urges that pass in minutes.... think about it.

    and to all the brothers that are now in zero number, remember that no PMO is a lifestyle, so it really doesn´t matter in what day you are. the attitude is all that matters "Porn? no thanks"
