One thing to note is rule 2 of instructions. It wasn't stuck to at all but hope you agree with the benefits.
This is to prevent binging and has been really effective in the past by making you stick until you manage a longer streak:

• THE WINNER CAN ONLY BE ANNOUNCED 5 DAYS AFTER OF BEING PLACED IN A DUEL; BOTH FIGHTERS HAVE TO INCREASE THEIR STREAK BY MORE THAN 5+ DAYS.
