I have been trying for years to stop PMO, and I had streaks of 3 months of abstaining and there were times when I was doing it daily for 2 weeks. What is important is to never give up, and keep at it. Don't allow sorrow and sadness and thoughts about how bad your life is, if any, to put you down more than you are down. Try to rise, mentaly and in your heart, say: "Doesn't matter how many punches I took, I will keep going further. Fuck you, I wont allow you addiction to put me down, I wont give you the satisfaction of seeing me defeated and terminated."
