  I did not mean don't do NoFap. Even by doing Nofap and failing many times today I'm here without any urges. You can't get success on your NoFap journey in the first place!

    That's a main problem, It simply means that you were not ready to start NoFap. You know, I'm on Day 27 and till now I haven't got any urges. And it is my experience that whenever you get urges, you gonna relapse soon! Try to give more time to do NoFap. Stay strong!!

    @IK070 sorry but, what are you talking about bro? lol, anyone can do nofap anytime and it should and not wait for the ''right moment'', the more you wait the more you binge to porn. Urges are a sign that your brain is damaged and the only way to stop it is to keep doing nofap, not ''wait to do nofap''.

    If you get urges get out of your comfortable zone, if you relapse ''soon'' is because you did not take measures to prevent it. so be productive, take cold showers, exercise etc..

    Thanks :) I've struggled with PMO for years and it got gradually worse in my 20s. I was in denial that this was an addiction or at least a compulsive behavior only until recently....If you don't mind, could I message you at anytime if I have a relaspe or issues regarding the potential for a relaspe? I need as much accountability support as I can get.
