Back to day 0, learned that if you even think about relapsing, your mind will convince you it is ok to do so, and you will. I then thought, oh, lets try and just make it 7 days. Then when your goal is smaller, it is easier to relapse etc etc. YOUR BRAIN CAN REALLY MESS YOU UP. I made it 7 days, I bet I can do better this time around.
Do not give up! Figuring out why we fall down is one of the things that helps to beat addictive behaviors. You can do this!
Day 24 Yesterday turned out to be a frustrating day in the end as my laptop developed a problem and cannot boot to Windows or Linux for some reason. I spent a frustrating amount of time trying to resolve the issue by searching the net for a solution but to no avail. It has really got me worked up. I thought about PMOing a few times.
Just started the 90 day challenge and will start from day 0 as instructed. I will post on the forum when an event occurs or if not then weekly about progress. Stay strong everyone! Let's make it to the end of this reboot and even further!
