Day 3 complete. Had the urge to get on my phone late last night when I couldn't sleep. But I knew that would be bad news, so I didnt go there.
On day 0. About to build my strategy from what I’ve learned here. Ready to not use porn at night EVER AGAIN. And if I do I won’t binge like I normally do ha :-/ it I won’t!
Day 4/90. Had to control my mind with a strong urge to go and see porn. The panic button helped me a bit and reading some posts of the brothers helped me a lot. I hope it continues this way. Good luck for you all!

Changed my Tracker into meeting my goals Music really helps to get over urges or to be happy! Man I love rock/rap/hardbass/anime songs ^^ Today we needed to run for 30minutes, well I only did 5km, were others (even people who aren`t doing sports) ran more... Well ok some of them cheated but hey, at least I was honest. Had a hard training today with pain in Breakdance, well the pain was worth! Asked my trainer how to build muscles without going to the GYM, he said that i should try "Fit For Stylez". Hmm... Monday at 18:390 it starts, well I try it even if I know I`m again the "New Kid", I hate it...
