I totally agree with you. If you go back only 20 years before internet took hold, doing no PMO was easy. High speed internet is what has made PMO like a heroine addiction.
Started Challenges Jan 25, 2019 Relapsed 15/247 Days Longest streaks 67 and 51 days Current Challenge 4/90 Day 78 weight training (3X/wk) Day 15 reduced alcohol, caffeine and sweets - feeling good after sex with the wife this morning and not feeling any chaser effect yet though I am still using porn images in my head in order to get and keep aroused during sex - I am looking forward to the day I will no longer need to do this once my brain has rewired - your brother in this struggle - -
Alrighty, day 3/90.... Back in the saddle after relapse which took a couple of days... Don't wanna waste time anymore. I had a streak of 24 days and I felt GREAT. Really, it had such an impact on my mental wellbeing... During my streak I was way more equipped to handle tragedy. I had a deeper feeling for positive and negative emotions, but they never took me over. Like you have a very clear distance towards everything, not letting things get a hold of you, but being more present and appreciative of life. Can't wait to get past day 14, that's when I started noticing. Good luck everyone!
Day 02/90 I picked up very quickly after a relapse of 2 days. The shortest relapse ever. Usually it's weeks or months. The good thing is all my strategies to keep away from pm are now mostly part of my life as habits. That's what you get for not giving up I guess. Good day everyone.
