Yesterday I felt urge to watch porn. It was a struggle to overcome. But, I managed to move on to other work. It was due to stress. When I got into stressful situation, my brain is craving for some relief and happiness. Previously I was doing this as an escaping route. So, my brain was trained that way. That's why it was a struggle to get away from the routine. Anyway I am still on NO PMO!
Relapsed i got nightfall last night and today i relapsed I couldn't control myself if I get a night fall but no matter I will try again.
Well put, that is exactly it. Day 13, it was a difficult night and has been a difficult morning, but I'm here now and still going.
day 14/21 My update; It hasnt been easy but am alive, am now feeling better, i went for mass and adoration thursday( made me feel strong and gave me hope) then on friday i was at school from morning till late evenings, i gave one of my friends a haircut( which one of the things i enjoy doing and helped me alot to cope up with withdrawal symptoms), at night i went to play soccer, was exhausted and just came back home to sleep. During these two days (Friady and Thursday) i kept myself busy and it helped me.

Day 3 completed. Urge comes and goes, which shouldn't be surprised to see that happened. In fact, shouldn't expect things will be smooth ever otherwise a single trigger will catch me and ruin my effort entirely.
Day 12. Okay urges are getting real guys. Though I keep telling me I got only one week to go it's not that easy... We'll have lot's of exams this week so I hope it'll distract me from thinking about PMO. I'll stay as strong as I can though, peace guys.
