I was at church from morning till late in the afternoons, got home ate and slept. At night watched Christmas eve mass.

Day's 12, 13 & 14 I have been a bit busy the last couple of days, Merry Xmas to all!

Yesterday has been by far the most difficult day for me. Throughout the day my urges beame very strong and I was fighting it for about 30min, thinking that I would give in to it. At some point I decided to go online and read a sucess story on nofap, and that really helped. I was able to get the urges out of my system and have new inspiration.

I am still counting: Day 18/21: Done. 28 days overall.

 

I hope I don’t write too random maybe someone can hit me up private and help explain

When those come up just go for a walk,jog or hit the gym so as for it to be hard for you to cave in. Cold showers also do the trick. Hope this helps brother.

Day 0/21 - Decision to Reset

So today is Christmas, and I was all my fellow fapstranauts a very merry Christmas if you celebrate it, if by then I hope you have a great day anyway! I’m choosing to restart the challenge as I didn’t relapse today, but due to several instances of peeking whilst drinking I’m not happy with my performance so far.

 

Failed... Watched porn today.Gonna try 14 day challenge and then continue here.

In the morning I was at school. In the afternoons got back home ate lunch and listened to some news (AL jezzera). In the evenings i went for Christmas mass. At night made a schedule for preparation for my exams, and after wards I read a book (show us the father). I have to be awake as early as 4am I will be going to pick up a friend at the train station.
