Day 10/21. By the time I come back here, I'll be more than halfway. That is a pleasant thought.

 

Day 3 - I’ve been on nofap for nearly 3 months. I’ve relapsed twice. So far I definitely noticed the first 2/3 weeks were the toughest for fighting urges. In my case After each relapse the urges aren’t as strong, which is easier to live with.

Keep reminding myself this is a marathon, not a sprint

 

Still steady amidst the blizzard of pain raging for the last entire week. It seems to be lifting.

Need to set calendar alerts to keep me mindful of progress milestones.

 

Day 0 Starting Now.

 

Day 1 done, usually thoughts provoking me to search for various female parts, as in objectifying women, tempting me to fall its prey, rather went onto fb and Instagram using my cousins account but made sure not to mess his account history.

 

Awesome challenge! I just joined this site yesterday and today marks my 28th day, (The farthest I've been so far.) Good luck everyone, and have an awesome life!
