Hi Everybody, I believe that meditation should be a lifestyle (because it helps with nofap) and not just a challenge. Then why take this challenge??? I believe that this challenge will give you some momentum to continue and make it a lifestyle. I believe the mantra"Small success gives you the momentum for bigger success ", "Small achievements gives the momentum for bigger achievement" Why is meditation important...please watch the video below, I know the video is long, but it is seriously worth it, trust me: Rules: 1.Meditate for atleast 10 minutes for the next 7 days. If you would like to do it for more than 10 minutes each day, then please mention. 2. I know that 7 day challenge is achievable, so missing even a single day is "not accepted" Ready for the challenge!
I will meditate for atleast 10 minutes a day. If i'm moody or restless i will meditate more. Day 1: Let's go!
I think I’m going to start meditation again. I was never good at it in the past but I think I can get better.

Day 2, I can safely ramp it up to 20 minutes a day. Feels scary to let go of the breathing process. But afterwards I'm so relaxed
