Day 4/7 I find trouble in meditating in the morning, I rather meditating in the evening after a meal. Nevertheless I will meditate at least 5 min in the morning and later 15 more.
Technically haven't meditated today. And I'm wondering if a guided meditation before bed actually counts? Considering I'll be falling asleep instead of bringing myself back to awareness when it's over.
Day 5/7 15 min in 2 sessions by the night before sleep. I had a great headache and almost fell asleep but I achieved my goal.
Day 1: This morning I did a 20 minute guided meditation. Felt really good sitting on a bus stop bench later on. Will do another guided meditation to help me get to sleep tonight.
Day 2 - This morning I did a 30-40 minute guided meditation. Am about to do it again because I had a bad day.
I've been grinding for months now. I guess I'll just say 1/7. Keep it coming. 30min. morning // 30min. night
Day 3/7. Got up later than i should have this morning, but still did my qigong and a 20 minute mindfulness meditation.
I've been meditating for 11 days now.And I'm f***** addicted to it. Challenge accepted. 10 minutes Day 1
