Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not use porn because it's not something that builds up as we go on living, it's a instant pleasure, and I want to create meaningful and long term relationships with people.

 

Today I will not use porn because every day without it, is a day that I am more aware that I can manage the anxiety that before made me use porn compulsively

 

Today I will not use PMO because I am reading about Spartan State and I wanna be strong like them!
(A nice reason, isn't it!)

 

I will not PMO today because the feeling of self worth and happiness that comes from not doing it is so damn nice
