Completed 4 days... Didn't have a single urge don't know why

Kept myself busy, urges are mild.

Not going to talk about how I finally will do it this time etc. I failed at this point multiple times, even on day 7 itself.

So I just have to stay focused and not think about it to much.

5/7 honestly, i can feel myself surrendering to this program whole heartedly....which iz not a bad thing. & i was thinkn how terrible & tragic it iz to c how sex iz made so barbaric & volgur ..seriously !!!??! yuuuup im really starting to understand how critical it iz for a reboot. thanks guys

hello guys, I am at day 5. Fells nice.

 

Relapsed after completing the challenge.... I should have gone out for ice cream or something..... There's absolutely no fun in fapping.... Why did I relapse ? .... Feels disappointed to start over again instead of going ahead with 14 day challenge....

 

I believe that if I complete the challenge this will be a problem for me as well. Our brain is in the habit of wanting to be rewarded after prolonged abstinence. I feel it with 6 days of challenge. If I relapse, I will continue to make the challenge until it becomes natural not to seek PMO.
