[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 5/90...I am feeling great...in the past after 5 days, I would be feeling a lot of stress and unrestraint energy...this time, I have been doing the 8 Brocades of Qigon daily and I am feeling energized, and a strong sense of wellbeign..it feels great. But I am slso keepimg in my mind that there is a strong likelihood that this feeling is temporary so this too shall pass.

 

75 Days done... Urges are low to non-existent however there is still lots of friction between my SO and I... I hope we can talk through this and move on together...

I had failed. Oh boy is the final year of the college and I am feeling so stressed, not only the college but also with my family, they seen like don't even care about me, it seen like they only care about themselves and somentimes I can't be nice with them I don't know. Well I going to start again Day-0

Day 73/90. (my last examination and two weeks before I reached 90 days.)

 

In my opinion, the most important relationship you have is with yourself. No one else is with you constantly for your entire lifetime, can never leave you, knows all your thoughts and everything you've ever done. Be patient, treat yourself with kindness and keep at it, you're worth the effort.
