It's day 14. I was kind of bothered by that wet lucid dream yesterday. But so far everyone's telling me that I should not count that wet dream as a relapse. Besides, I am not even sure whether I had full control during the dream anyways. So I guess challenge continues...
Relapses for me were: 12/02/18 PMO 12/07/18 P 12/08/18 PX3 12/09/18 PX2 PMOX2 12/10/18 PX2 MO 12/11/18 MO PMO 12/13/18 P M MO 12/14/18 P M MOX2 12/15/18 M 12/18/18 PMOX3 MOX2 12/20/18 PMO 12/29/18 PMO 1/01/19 MO 1/03/19 MO 1/04/19 MO 1/05/19 MO 1/07/19 MO 1/10/19 MO 1/12/19 MO 1/13/19 MO Two biggest changes since 12/21/18 were I started taking cold showers only (coldest setting) and about a week later I told an actual friend of mine IRL about my NF journey and employed his help as an AP. I was kind of enjoying myself past 2 weeks since my PIED is going away but now I'm ready to get serious again about achieving 3 weeks.
Hey, i'm joining the 21 days challenge. It's time to make a change. I will try to post here everyday, if anyone who needs support and wants to help eachother to make the challenge more easier i'm open for that. Day 1.
I had an unfortunate relapse again 2day to break my 5 day streak. I'm very disappointed in myself I thought for sure I would never relapse again. I just got too relaxed and when urges came I did not act immediately, I just let the thoughts linger in my head and it led to a relapse. It makes me feel like a liar and a failure bc I keep saying to myself and to you guys I'm gonna complete this challenge and I don't. Despite this I'm gonna keep trying and speaking my success into existence so, that one day it will become reality. Day 0/21 March 3rd = 21 days
I need support I been trying this challenge for a long time. I would to be accountability partners if you are open to it.
21/21: I didn't update the past 4 days but i have been super busy and haven't even though of P. Completed this challenge! Moving back to 14 days. I've realized I do well when i keep my targets small and achievable.
Don't beat yourself up about it dude. Watch out for the chaser effect, and get straight back on the horse!
