Day 4 of 21!!!!
On January 29th I WILL be at 21 days!
That is a tricky situation indeed. Most of the time we have no control over our dreams that is why we dont count them as resets.
From my perspective, if you had a lucid dream and (knowingly~ish) rubbed yourself against the sheets or physically induced M, then it should count as a reset. But, thats just my opinion...
Ok never mind I full on relapsed, freakin kill me...
DAY 1 complete ,going through day 2
I was at day 17, slipped up at 18, lost track, but i have been back a few days.
day 2/21 done yesterday night.
Just keep on going. No matter how many times it takes.
I just got one day closer to the challenge target.
Keep going guys.
After 2 Days again on Day 0 but i try it to reach the 21.
It's day 14. I was kind of bothered by that wet lucid dream yesterday. But so far everyone's telling me that I should not count that wet dream as a relapse. Besides, I am not even sure whether I had full control during the dream anyways. So I guess challenge continues...

Two biggest changes since 12/21/18 were I started taking cold showers only (coldest setting) and about a week later I told an actual friend of mine IRL about my NF journey and employed his help as an AP. I was kind of enjoying myself past 2 weeks since my PIED is going away but now I'm ready to get serious again about achieving 3 weeks.

Hey, i'm joining the 21 days challenge.
It's time to make a change.
I will try to post here everyday, if anyone who needs support and wants to help eachother to make the challenge more easier i'm open for that.
