[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

10 days, but Almost a weak moment. When working, I saw some pictures including nudity on Googl. I didn't move away and observed my own reaction... My heart was beating, but there was no urge to go on and click. Phew. The next days will be interesting, because last year this started a set of triggers eventually leading into relapse (it was around the same time, 10 days). NEED TO STAY STRONG!

Day 11/90. Had such a strong urge to PMO and was almost about to relapse. Then I thought about some solutions in the book. Just changed my location and went and sat on the chair and tried holding my breath for some time.
IT FREAKING WORKED.
This was my first major fight with the urges since I have started rebooting and I came on the top this time. Somebody had written here that days 10-20 are the toughest and indeed they are. I just hope I keep winning against these urges. Really don't wanna go back to that shitty lifestyle again.
To everyone here starting the rebooting, fight the first urge. You will be filled up with so much confidence and optimism, the fight against further urges will become a little easier.
