voting using nofap voting system for the awards every 4 months for fighters to win the titles stated and nah in the case this grows to an extent I can't control then I'd want a system where people can use this thread to put themselves into duels so the thread will be active just in the case it becomes huge. the rest is just ideas but the 2 things I'm thinking about is a solution to the problem if someones binging coz it means they just lose a lot in a row and it might be hard to find new duels and the awards. the rest like crossovers with challenges is just other ideas I had but they probably won't even happen. So basically the 2 real updates will be a system for players who binge so they can stay in a duel until they are ready to fight awards every 4 months and yearly aswell the rest are just potential ideas for the future so a lot probably won't happen but this thread will stay active. hope that clears things up.
@Saiyan123 today wake up with a wet dream... First time i didn't dream having sex or something like that, but masturbate while watching porn... So weird! At the end i realized how strong is this "habit", like a drug... All this about the "alert" that u advice me... you are so true... As the time passes we have to be more attention! Nice to have u around! ;-)
That shows how deep this Addictive behavior is rooting in upon us. Don't let it get the hang of you brother. Stay Alert just like how brother Saiyan123 told you to. 40 Days without PMO is great, but you still have a long way to go brother. Hope you go long enough to get rid of this. PLUS ULTRA !
Hey brother, @DekuHope . My day 3 went peacefully because I did nothing but play football with my neighbourhood friends. So, I wasn't alone for most parts, because even at home, my brother kept talking to me. Thus, the day went ahead peacefully. How's it going on for you? I know you have your classes going on, anyways, just checking in for the formality.
It is just as much a drug as anything the difference is it's considered normal to do and everywhere online but here seems to promote it. We all seem smart enough to realise it's bad affects. Triggers for me are instagram and youtube, deactivated instagram and I've not felt as good as I do now in a long time. And yeah it sneaks up on us, like it may sound crazy and probably is wrong but when everyone in this thread was doing so good, it took out like 7 fighters in 2 days. Now most of us are doing good again, we need to stay alert to watch out for that again. Thank you as well, everyone here is supportive and nice to have around and I'm glad you joined this even though it took ages to find you an opponent .
This addictive behaviour has to be forced off us, no other method but pure bettering ourselves while fighting as hard as we can. We made a solid intention to destroy the addiction so it will happen at one point because we persevere.
Well today I reached 1% from thr person i want to be. I did the right thing by going earlier to sleep and saying to my addiction. Everytime I say no yo my addiction my futureself becomes not.only stronger but also a part of my reality. I will stack those 1% steps until I reach 100% but I wont stop there... Go beyond! Plus Ultra!!!
11 day check in Bicep curls yesterday. 100 press-ups today. Tomorrow either shoulders, leg raises or triceps Hoorah
Multivitamins, omega 3 and creatine also getting thrown into the mix tomorrow. Vitamins and omega 3 are also good for the brain......my poor (stupid) brain. Keep improving even 1% at a time
Check in day 3 If anyone wants a duel let me know I have a list of quotes that help me keep going so I am going to post some of them here idk maybe some of them can be helpful for any of you: - "The pain of Discipline is far less than the pain of regret" - "If I quit now, I will soon be back to where I started. And when I started, I was desperately wishing to be where I am now. - Next day you are going to be thankful for not fapping or regret that you relapsed, you decide. Give up short-term comfort for long-term benefits, that is what nofap is all about. - "I already know what giving up feels like. Now I want to see what happens if I don't" - "The Pain of the process is temporary, but the feeling of achievement lasts forever" Pd: If this was a paper for school I'd get a 0 for not including citations but it's not so I don't really care
