Day 132 no alcohol or caffeine
Day 100 weight training
- checking to stay I am still here, still fighting urges, still not PMO'ing, still hopeful I can do this thing!

Come on bro!First of I am sorry for your loss but we all know world has up and downs. You should get up and continue to fight. We all with you.

Man I’ve been there sometimes life sucks and it’s hard and you don’t feel like you are getting what you want out of life, but the older I get the more I see the cycle of negativity and the more I want to change it, the more I realize I am good enough, I can do it , the more I realize the only thing holding me back is me , keep working on yourself and building a positive you
