1 day no PMO. 70 days on Nofap journey here. 1 7 day streak and 2 8 days, streaks in that time. 1 day exercise. Probiotics - 39 days. My prayers - 0 days Practiced singing - 0 days. Studied music theory - 1 day Started a couch to 5 k jogging program yesterday. Felt so good to exercise. That rush! Does wonders for the bod. On the days I do not exercise I will go for a half hour walk. If I even miss one of those I will go back to 0. Going to keep my singingpractice and theory studyaccountable here too. Hobbies are of utmost importance in recovery. Going to have to start eating healthy here eventually to. Making small changes. Pro biotics and I don't eat out hardly anymore and I add salads to my usual unhealthy meals. That is enough of a change for now. Over time I will cut our bad food. Losing cravings for it with probiotics too and actually crave healthier foods. We will see what the next grocery trip is like.

21/90 Well it is definitely a flatline that I'm experiencing at this moment. Fortunately, I am just about to start a trip with a friend so I will be able to think about something else during the next three weeks!
