Started Challenges Jan 25, 2019 Relapsed 7/210 Days Longest streak 51 days Current Challenge 15/90 no PM Day 62 of weight training Day 10 - reduced alcohol, caffeine and sugar - feeling strong with no urges to report - the longer I abstain, the easier it seems to get as the urges have almost disappeared - must remain humble to the process though or urges can sneak up and overtake you - your brother in this struggle
Day 13 /90 The urges were bad, i had a tough time controlling them but in the end i made it to 13 See you all tomorrow
Day 3/90 Checking in. Habits made: 1) Cold Shower.(Past 2 months) Habits to make: 1)Sleep Early. (Trying) 2)Learn to be Conscious all the Time. 3)Get up Early And Exercise. 4)Shower Early. 5)Stop being Idle. 6)Schedule the Day.
Well to get to 33 days you must be doing something right! I am hoping that when I get to that stage will start to feel more confident in my ability and more powerful! Keep going amigo

Welp. I hate to say it but unfortunately I feel I should start over. Thankfully I was able to maintain control for the most part, so I’m not too upset. Buuut even a slight relapse is still a relapse. So... Day 0
