7 days no PM than sex and now 8 days no PM and sex so I am 15 days PM free, but that is not good enough. I have my goal, and that is 90 days hard mode. so Day 0 it is
A bit early than my usual post times, but Day 2/7. I saw a big spider in my bathroom and all my urge went out the window, haha.

Hi im doing both, i’m on day 21 of no smoking and day 4 of nofap, im using ‘champix’ to quit smoking, it works really well, it takes away the heavy cravings and make cigarettes taste very bad, I would definitely recommend them
