Hate to say this, but relapsed today, exactly three weeks in. Made some pretty obvious mistakes which led up to it, which was a shame as I seemed to be going pretty well up until today. Feel dreadful as a result of relapsing, which is stupid as I knew I would. I'm missing deadlines as a result of the relapse. Anyway, will get back onto it tomorrow and try to renew my commitment to nofap and make it further this time. All strength to all of you. Day 0/90

yeah, don´t try to quit all at once, pmo reboot is already hard enough, no need to add extra pressure. just take it one issue at a time, it´s better and safer. let´s go my brother, lead the way!!!
in the beginning is hard, so avoid being alone and with acess to electronic devices. how bizarre it may look but urges will go away if you just allow them, keep doing whatever you´re doing, they will pass. however there´s some things we do that increase urges, avoid them: sexual thoughts: don´t feed them, let them come and go in your mind, just don´t engage in them. let them pass on. boredom: try to be busy and active. however if you´re tired and really unmotivated at least don´t peak. that´s the beginning of the downfall fatigue: being in a low vibe is a perfect state for a relapse since the brain will try to get you out of disconfort by the way he knows best: pmo. try to sleep well, eat healthy, be hidratated and do physical exercise. best of luck bro, keep focus, keep going.
