Day 11 .. had refreshing run on the morning and now feeling stronger then ever in my quest to beat this PMO demon !

Feeling any urge or horny right now ,just hold on for a minute,get that damn dumbbell in ur hand and stand in front of mirror and start exercising or do some push-ups if have no dumbbell,but carry on with ur streak.BE THE BOSS OF YOUR OWN

- I am still feeling good even though I have been having a lot of vivid dreams at night recently .... Not sexual though
- nice to have the wife back home as it seems to make it easier to want to avoid PMO and enjoy cuddles instead
- got a hard-on just cuddling her last night with no porn going through my head so my brain must be starting to heal
