Whenever u get such urges think of it consciously why don't u get sexual urges for a 50 yr old women or any other women of that age. Its just the physicality of girls that u are attracted to. Know why u are in this challenge to get away from it. I know it would be torturous for u at times but just don't give in. U have to think consciously and think of them as a spirit rather than body.

I think deleting instagram, facebook, etc... is not running, it's actually taking a better position in the battlefield in order to snipe your enemy and win the war. What you said makes perfect sense, but I don't think it can be applied on every one who is starting to reboot.
I will explain myself: I personally have a problem with MO, P isn't a great problem for me. So Instagram purpose lately was only searching for photos for me to masturbate on: it's only that, otherwise it's kinda useless. Other nofap colleagues have a problem with P: so not opening porn sites it's not running from it, it's understanding that with their reboot, porn sites can be discarded: they don't have to open porn sites and try to resist in order to prove themselves as real men. For me, the objective is TO STOP PMO ADDICTION, regardless of the way. I uninstalled Instagram and Facebook and I realized I can live without them, even if I am not an introvert. After some progress in the PMO, if I didn't relapse, I will re-install Facebook to enjoy its memes. I will still think on the Instagram issue but installing it is far from today.

Yes my frnd u are right. When i started out i did the same thing, but at a point one will have to deal with it becoz its never going to get out of brain, if one dnt fight it directly in the battlefield. If one tries to snip it out ,the same strategy would be followed by them too. It going to play hide and seek with one's mind.

Yeah that's true, but I think we have to do it step by step. Personally when I progress more and more into my reboot I will install social media again. But at the moment I am not ready yet: I guess it's like a video game, when you are stronger in the game you pass into the next level.
