    Good to see you get back immediately.

    Some people decide after a while that they do need release now and again. So they have 500+ no P record but still MO, now and again. I think that is a very slippery slope and just excuses , but I have never made it that far.
    I do not believe in semen retention, that just seems bad, unnatural.

    One question you might research, I'm wondering about it too.
    Why? Why do you need comfort, are you a child that needs comforting? What do you need comforting for/about?
    If you are calm, centered and balanced, you do not need comfort.
    How do you get there?
    And Comfort is a reward, What needs to be rewarded?
    Can you change that reward into something else. Preferably something that helps you build strength and confidence.
    f.e. need comfort, need a reward, You may do 10 push ups, done?! Good, well done, good for you.

    Coffee is bad, I slipped on the coffee slope and it surely increased my wanting PMO.

    don't be, let go of those negative emotions, focus on the positive.
    If only because the negative will push you towards PMO again..
    You're back, learned a lot, continue, that's life.

    This is an excellent video . I'm a big fan of J.P. and this video shows why. This is so inspirational I should tattoo the words backward on my forehead so I can be reminded every time I look in a mirror. Thanks for the great post.

  10. @Timothy_James ,I really feel sad personally for ur relapse.I am one of ur fans ,I just love reading ur posts,there's motivation,information,feelings much more in ur words.In my opinion ,u should focus on fully on nofap than no caffeine or etcs.As we r an addicted,obviously our willpower is low.So when we fight too many things at a time,we tend to fall.And always involve in things u like and be engaged ,that's what helped me.For me, we r like patients and being easy on us other than pmo is good and after we recover and we'll go the rest of the fights.

    Day 1. I joined this forum 214 days ago. Of those 214 days, I was 191 days without M’ing to P.

    I woke up with renewed energy and focus this morning, and a strengthened belief that I need to start addressing my negativity and self-hatred much more often and more intensely. So I’ve decided to expand my Urges Journal to also include all the times I wanna run to Facebook or some news site for a shot of distraction - which is essentially the same as running to porn - and then each time take a few seconds to identify the underlying thinking and immediately write down the error in this thinking. I have to stop letting these thoughts fester inside of me and instead actively reject them - not suppress, but stop them from growing right away. Telling those thoughts, or that part of me: ‘I hear you, but you’re wrong.’

    Have you tried keeping some kind of journal for your negative thoughts?
