Fucked up two days ago and now back to square one(Technically square two). At least this time it was a single relapse instead of a double relapse so it's better? I got a little too sloppy when totally left alone and paid for it. Anyway, got a little too aggressive today and now I am a bit stressed thanks to it. Also doesn't help that I wasted my weekend away and have an assignment due tomorrow and panicking for it.

 

Hey man! Just a suggestion. Why don’t you take a break? I see you have been stressing yourself out. I think you would seriously benefit from a break.

 

Day 377 here my friend... Everything ok. I m sure enough now... This battle for me ended successfully. I don't feel any -ANY- desire to PMO even if i have urges... Even if i saw something accidentally or be close enough with somebody... My mind don't even think about PMO... I ll just keep it humble by waiting to reach day 500 (in 4 months). Then is over for me. I can't describe how wonderful i feel. The best feeling of all... To be free... I wish everyone the same...
