well there's plenty of P on twitter and I doubt that P blocker can do something about it. Safe search ON and be mindful of what you do and what you want. My therapist said that even tracking your days is an abstinence only. It's more than counting your days and putting P blocker on. Change needs to be done from the inside.
DAY 90/90. Achieved it! Thank you so much guys for the likes and support! This community has been a blessing. I was such a compulsive (P) user and never had hope of recovery. With the combination of NoFap and other combined habits and routine along with some education on (P) addiction I've reached the 90-day mark. But this is just the beginning. 90 days is just the foundation. It was never easy, but that's what makes it worth it. Good luck guys!!
Day 43/90 Hi there, hope everyone had a good day! If you stumble or fail along the way, don’t beat yourself up. Failure is critical component of success. No failure, no success. In fact, it’s been said if you want to increase your success rate double your failure rate. Im personally guilty of not doing this well, but the important piece of failure and mistakes is to take the time to reflect, learn from your failures, make any necessary adjustments to your course, and know that all this will help you to improve. One thing I need to follow up on is to finish writing a schedule. If you’re not intentional with how you spend your time, it will slip away, important things won’t get done, or worse, someone (a boss) will tell you how to spend it. Enjoy the process. Reaching the pinnacle of the mountain is great and all, but much of our fulfillment comes from the climbing, the striving, the struggle, and solving the problems that give meaning to our lives. I believe in you guys! Keep climbing and enjoy the view and support your fellow climbers on the way up. Your Friend, Lamboskovich
