Day 50/90 Making progress. Reminder for myself and all of us working towards personal growth and improvement. Life is not a Sprint; it’s a Marathon. The Tortoise wins, not the Hare. Stay consistent and keep making daily incremental improvements. If you find yourself drifting in the wrong direction or making a bad choice, Stop, and Redirect your thoughts, focus, and/or choices. I believe in you friends. I believe in the process. We’re all growing together. We all know that the P industry is wrong, corrupt, evil, and negatively influencing the lives of millions of people. Each one of us also knows one ugly truth.. We gave into P and gave them the keys and permission (time, energy, years of our life) to come into our house and start fires in our minds. That’s in the past. We are now in the driver’s seat. We take full responsibility for our choices, our actions, and who we grant access into our house. P doesn’t run our lives. Sex doesn’t run our lives. We do! Friends, one day at a time, we are shaping our future. At times, it may feel like we are at war with ourselves. I admit, it’s not easy. If it was, we wouldn’t be on this forum. I urge you friends to keep making good choices. The ripples we are making have the power to change generations and millions of lives. Day 67 I've been quite busy the past few days. Found a new apartment that looks really nice so I can finally move out of my old one. Didn't really like the old one, bit was always too lazy to move. This is definitely a benefit I got from no PMO. I'm more willing now to change what bothers me and change old habits. Using this new motivation in turn helps me to do the 90 day challenge
Day 8. I joined this forum 246 days ago. Of those 246 days, I was 215 days without M’ing to or watching P.
9/90. That means I have to repeat this number of days for 9x more. I will conquer! feels good guys I get more energy throughout the days compared to the days when I was addict to PMO. You'll always really see a difference and you can't deny the facts. Keep strong brothers! Lets altogether help and build each other up while catching up to the numbers at the same time.

Day 86 no M Day 191 no P This is it for today! Guys as I am closing in on 90 I want to say that I will do the 90 challenge again effective immediately and try to do it cleaner! Yes I have not watched any actual porn, yes I have not O'd on my own. But I have edged some times and looked at some sexy pictures a few times. It is still great progress for me compared to how I was before, but I see the opportunity to improve even more ) So won't be gone any time soon I will count the first 90 as a milestone in my recovery, but not the end of it Have a great day!
