Generally connecting with a friend. Feeling accepted and loved by them is really big for me. I do like reading and exercising as well! 4/30 Down! Now onto Day 5 - Today I'm feeling quite emotional and it was a pain with explicit visuals popping in my head when waking up - luckily I made it up.
been on day 4, but had a lot of dirty sexual fantasies this morning and didn't cut the urge until a long time later. So start at day0!! COME ON!!
This is quite frankly the single hardest thing I’ve ever had to do from a mental standpoint. I’ve relied on M & O for over 10 years, in large part also because of my lack of success with women, that it’s become an addiction. I also do it prone, so just going to bed each night is like a perfect storm. I’m trying though, just gotta keep battling somehow.
