day 0 or i can say day 1 ,, so this time being more aware ,, will maintain the consistency in the good habits ,, and will not take a break even for a single day
The problem with me is that I do sex too much and so I want to control it and reduce it. I mean if I do not control it then I will have at least once every day or do PMO which caused me fatigue, brain fog, etc. and I noticed that our recent sexes was always with porn which you know is not good. So I talked with her and she is helping me to control it. Till now I could bring it down once a month and I hope I do continue it till 90 days in order to reset my mind.
Day 8. Definitely helps to keep posting, if only to state aloud every day what you want to accomplish.
Almost 17 days here. I don't miss it. Granted I had to quit drinking and smoking at the same time but I feel great. We can do this!!!
