Day 0/30 - I am fighting/doing a combo reboot (PMO + weed). I had some challenge around the usual time of previous daily PMO but I was able to overcome it. Tomorrow will be even better.
Day 1/30. There were some cravings and numbness around my face (because I am battling both PMO+Weed), but I was able to overcome by focusing on stopping/starting my breathing at will. It takes away my brain's attention from cravings.
Day 4 Another good day. I am gaining strength. Two things that I know I need to work on: Anger and Self-acceptance
