Day 1 done, on to day 2.
Day 0/30 - I am fighting/doing a combo reboot (PMO + weed). I had some challenge around the usual time of previous daily PMO but I was able to overcome it. Tomorrow will be even better.
Don't fall into despair. Try getting up again, every minute is a new moment for you. You got this!
I'm feeling good. I am getting stronger each day.
Day 28 almost past.
Day 2 of 30 done.
There were some cravings and numbness around my face (because I am battling both PMO+Weed), but I was able to overcome by focusing on stopping/starting my breathing at will. It takes away my brain's attention from cravings.

Day 22/30 Lets go! No time to look back !
Day 29 almost complete.
Another good day. I am gaining strength. Two things that I know I need to work on: Anger and Self-acceptance
Headaches all day but moving on
