Day 0 for me too. Let's use these moments to push us even closer to our goals. Accepting failure is the most honorable thing we can do. We are striving for some difficult goals.
It's great that you're back here after a relapse and still working on it. I've been reading some of the postings/journals of people with 500+ days and many of them went through periods of effort/relapse earlier on as well, so keep at it! From my own experience I know it can be tough after a relapse but don't give up.
Day 3/30. Thoughts/urges to engage with PMO crossed my mind. I tell my mind that it doesn't know shit and doesn't know what is good for me. Urges go away.
