Checking in Day 5. Didn’t relapse yesterday. Starting to think that perfectionism might be a source of my problems...
As you’ll see I didn’t relapse yesterday which is good. If I make the next 2 days I’ll be better than my last streak which I don’t think I’ve done before. I usually progressively get lower and lower streaks until I go on a few day binge before willing myself to a new streak.

Started back now in day one Had a relapse last Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.. Currently started on the Rebooting book sent here. Taking it with you a day at a time Checking in day 1
What’s helped me a lot after each relapse is identify my triggers and set rules accordingly. I found out about nofap about 3-4 months ago. Since then I’ve had 2 30 day streaks, a couple 12-14 day streaks and weekly streaks. But what’s been good is I’ve seen patterns in my relapses and set rules accordingly. I’ve noticed I tend to relapse when i have my phone/laptop in bed, so now I set a rule of not having any electronics in bed whatsoever. I’ve relapsed a couple of times after drinking, so again I turn off all electronics when I get home after drinking. I read my triggers every morning so I catch myself when I’m breaking my rules. I’ve got a long way to go as well, but hopefully that helps u make progress. It’s helped me a lot

I have relapsed into M again from sexual tension, but I am still committed. I have made some progress with self-development and have been sticking to my routine.
i learnt from Rebooting book that the more we wash our brain by engaging in clean contents the farther we stay away from Fapping. the more we repeatedly wash our brain the taller the wall gets between us and relapsing. Checking in day 2 Don't reboot just because you want to increase your sexual performance that's a wrong reason for reboot and may lead to a relapse cause of 'testing'.
