    Day 3/21. Feeling really tired from a long day, but I'm pretty much done with work and now I can relax a bit. Just have to get up early tomorrow, so need to get to bed early enough.

    Day 4/21. Okay day turned into a crappy one, but now after meditating, I'm feeling much better. Going on a walk now!

    Still busy at work I didn't post for a few days, but made it to day 10. No PMO 10 days, started to have sex dreams again, some nice, some strange. And seeing all the pretty girls walking around my neighborhood is like trigger I have to resist

    Day 5/21. A day with a ton of stress and feeling anxious. Amazing how just doing meditation right now has helped ease all of those feelings. Anxious about my gf leaving for home for 2 months, but I think meditation amongst other healthy positive activities can help me.
