Day 30 today. What a milestone, the first month of three on this journey. It feels like a big deal, I have not gone this long without an orgasm in more than a decade, so this is uncharted territory. Sometimes doubt comes over me: will this work at all? Will help with the PIED? But I know I will only get the answers by doing this and finding out for myself. I really want it to work out.

Day 12 Dude, I promise you if you stick with this long enough - you will heal your PIED - I had severe PIED and now its completely gone. I did one 90 day streak this year - yes it was not the cleanest, but it was clean from actual porn 100%. Let your body and most of all your brain time to heal and it will! Have a nice day everyone!
Thank you for the encouragement! Stories like this give me hope. Luckily, I managed to keep it completely clear so far. My job gives me plenty to do nowadays so it tires me out, which leads to less temptation.
