DAY 7 complete. Along with it today I'm celebrating my unofficial 50th day of quitting porn. Thing is, I had quit porn a month before joining @NoFap. Hope I'll be able to do it forever.

made it to day 7 and relapsed, feels like the past week has been wasted. also feels like time is moving really fast in general and that I need to stop wasting it

Day 3/90. Much less anxiety today than yesterday, but still present. Realistically, I don't think it will be completely gone until I leave my brother's apartment. The combination of events has really freaked me out and when I lay down in bed where I had severe allergy/asthma/anxiety symptoms, I get really anxious. Going to try to sleep in a chair tonight, as uncomfortable as it might seem. Meditation did wonders today.
Day 1/90. In this 90 days challenge, I wish I can read a book seven times and take all the information from it.
