@dragon2110 and @Against_the_demon_in_myself thanks for the kind words, saiyan brothers!
I must recognize those who have taught me, those who have put effort into sharing with me at some point in my life. I am but a section of the pipeline of information that reaches those in need as I am in need myself.

I am glad you have found value in what is shared through me. You are more than welcome to share with others whom may need a hand.

A No PMO book? Mmmmm.. I wonder how that will go...

I think there should be a section where all those people who did NoFap and became successful materialistically should post their stories.

I have read somewhere that "People will listen to anything if you are a successful person".
Even if 10% of it is true then it will change life of those 10% person.
Actually it should be considered as a duty of all those who became successful in their field.

Note : Not the stories of "How I made it to 90 days or whatever" but the stories of how they changed their life in long run.

Whoever feels the same like me, make an oath that you will share your story in future after you have completely freed yourself from PMO and achieved success.

@Ainz There is a "success stories" forum here. Have you seen it? I don't know if this is exactly what you had in mind.

I have seen it. But that's not what I am looking for. Yesterday I saw one video of "BeerBiceps" youtube channel where the host called a person "Sarvesh" I guess who is a multi million dollar personality and is following celibacy from 7 years.

    That kind of success stories.

I mean there might be some stories in success stories section like that but its not easy to find.

I am practicing meditation for 3 days, and I am a beginner. However, I don't feel many changes. Is that normal? Also, is it ok to check out some women while I go grocery shopping because I think that a few are hot?

  10. It will take a couple months of consistent guided meditation practice until you feel the effect on your mind and attention.
Checking out women is normal, as long as you don't over-sexualize them or coming up with porn related fantasies about them.

  11. Back to Day 1....
I didn't relapse...But I had very high urges yesterday so I fantasised about P before going to sleep which led to me having a wet dream....So I took advice from a good friend and he told me that if I want to program my brain to not have such fantasies and thoughts I should count this as relapse and work hard next time....Sorry Guys I will not repeat this again and to take control of my mind I should start again...

  12. I think you are on the right path dragon.
I had a very serious problem with fantasy. I still have some difficulties but not anywhere near what it used to be.
This is a very informative article on fantasy during a reboot.

The key is to try to avoid any type of sexual arousal whatsoever until you have healed sufficiently.

I'm having lots of sexual urges and fantasies. Also, even though I did not watch any porn, my mind keeps flashing back to the pornographic vids that I have used to watch. I have not had any wet dreams, nor did I relapsed, and I am fighting against these urges. What should I do?

Also, does humping the bed count as a relapse? Just wondering.

I think this challenge works when semen is retained. Few days ago I had 2 wet dreams in one night/day(I have slept through that day, which I deeply regret!!!)
