I relapsed on 6th day of 90 days challenge. So, I find myself here.
I hope I can achieve this 7 days challenge.

 

I mean you can do it as you like but in my expierience it's best, to see every Challange as a step of it's own.

Due to relapsing badly over the past few days I'll be doing the 3 day challenge again

Day 1 completed! In the last 24 hours, I studied programming language, helped my mother in daily chores, and slept early than the day before. I woke up and did my workout. Day 1 was successful. I wish the same for day 2.
