Do you have what it takes to become a Super Saiyan?

  1. Checking in on Day 45, I have now reached Super Saiyan. Now I'm looking to reach Super Saiyan 2 whilst sorting out habits in my life -- I need to meditate more, for example.

    I’m inside day 21 now, but half day is still there waiting for me!
    I had my daily workout and cold shower, i missed a couple of days because i was sick, nice to bring back these habits in my routine!

    I will try my best. I should have kept my urges in checked but whatever happened is past. It's day 3 now. Doing gym, meditation, yoga and recently have started reading books like novels etc apart from study related to my career.
    So I guess I am on right path. Let's hope problem of wet dreams resolves soon.

  4. Today I didn't do well at work. I had difficulties concentrating.
    My mind would repeatedly wander to unwanted hardcore porn fantasies, wrecking my focus and causing me distress.
    The fact that I didn't sleep well yesterday and that I woke up to a wet dream didn't help.

    You see yesterday I was doing excellent. A good productive day, minimal urges.
    I stayed up a bit late, past the time I have set to shut down all devices. I was watching comedy videos and feeling good.

    Then out of nowhere a super strong urge came over me and in a few seconds I was in a porn site,
    searching for the video that made me fail last time.
    The porn blocker I had installed for exactly such occasions was not set up properly.

    I didn't masturbate and managed to leave after about a minute but the damage had been done.
    In a study on cocaine addicts, it was shown that seeing a picture of cocaine for 33ms was enough to activate the cravings in the brain.
    All of this because I failed to follow my self-protective habit of shutting down all devices at 11.
    A seemingly small thing had this chain reaction effect.

    I feel wounded today. I feel a bit shaken and taken aback by this swift, surprise attack.
    I let my guard down for a little bit and payed for it. I can't keep proper mindfulness 24/7 so I need to rely on my habits and on setting my environment properly to get me through this.

    I am injured but I am not knocked out. I acted wrongly but as soon as I got my mindfulness back I stopped.
    I am dealing with the aftermath today and taking a slice of humble pie, while learning from this mistake and adjusting.
    I have had 3-4 very close calls in this streak. But I refuse to give it up.
    And that's because in my mind I haven't given up the fight. I haven't surrendered to PMO.
    When PMO defeats me I will drop my streak and start as a low-class warrior again, I am not above that.
    But as long as I have some fight left in me and the enemy hasn't taken me out, I'll keep going.

    Day 1 check in. I think i lose a lot of mental energy with PMO. I can remember how much mental clarity I had being a super saiyan. I want to be that again.

    I think the wet dream thing is just temporary while resetting. I don't worry about it. After a while your mind should clear up as you get over PMO, if it still continues then you could see a physician but I really doubt it's a big issue.

    Stay on the path ! It takes 2-3 shaky days to get through and don't worry that shitty state will pass.

    It's not that easy for win10, that instruction is for vista and has to be modified by first launching windows management console. But I like the idea gonna try it today...actually I forgot when i last time shut down my PC. Just have no need in that, but I like to try new and interesting thing.:)
