Day 1/3! I would love to associate the desire to PMO with a tiny habit or ritual that would discourage me to fap. Any suggestions?
@theRaptor Cold showers could be good one. Everytime you get the urges go take cold shower. Or pushups Or washing dishes Doing laundry Just something you really hate doing. Everytime I get the fantasies I try to sit back and realize whats going on. I realize that my fantasies are completely fucked up. Or try to picture yourself having the greateast girl ever, going at it, but cant get hard.
Day 0 What hapenned? I broke the rule of not checking phone before sleep. I failed to do meditation in bed before sleep. I started edging -> relapse in my book. I finished it off. Ok so next try I make sure to always turn the data off so I cant randomly browse internet. Lets go again!
Day 1/3 I feel great, for the last half year I haven't got many of those. I've also decided to quit social media altogether. I haven't got IG/FB etc but browsing reddit/9gag and alike websites mindlessly is no different than staring at TikTok etc. I only use the Internet as it should be used for the most time as a useful tool but not to satisfy my urges anywhere they come from... I'm a dopamine junkie like most of you and PMO/Gaming had the biggest impact on my wellbeing but quitting those and then spending my "free" time browsing 9gag/watching Netflix is not much better and eventually if you keep browsing IG/TikTok and watch other people play on YT/Twitch you will relapse, there's no other way around - break the habit! I focused on my job and fitness, decided to start cooking my meals. Do whatever you can to keep yourself busy, even when you don't want to.
Day- 3/3...... Never give up brothers , you all can do it , make this shit out of your whole system permanently.
