Day 2/90 some lessons learned today: By reading struggles and destruction that bad habits caused in people’s life through stories really help me from relapsing and it helps me realise that it could go so much worse...so better stop now. Exercise (push ups) is best solution for any temptation and good source for happy hormones. Identifying and journaling temptation helps. More struggles to come but seeing whole this community who all fight against this problem and I’m not alone..That’s really helpful. Thank you Guys
Day 11 completed. Also had sex with a new girl met yesterday. Does this reset my counter? Also, any tips on stopping chaser effect?
Day 38/90. Got my vaccine yesterday. I’m a little tired but other than that no real side effects. Challenge is going good. I’m starting to get that feeling that I have this PMO thing figured out and that I don’t need Porn anymore... that’s when I usually relapse out of nowhere. I need to continue to know I have a problem even when it starts to seem that I don’t. Coming here every morning and reading the posts is a great reminder and seems to be helping me stay focused.
Just to match count I leave one day ..and I will still count my day 3 as a 2. - just had urge to leave all thing and “what the hell” but then again I read stories and back again..no slip up today.

Day 81/90. Just a kind of hard day. Started to just browse around the forum, which was because I was trying to escape the pain of a feeling of a perceived rejection.
