Welcome, friend. I believe that you have the potential to master your impulses. It's a process of learning, of trial and error. There are many tools that help along the way. That being said...most people do not go from M every day to a 90-day challenge. Why don't you try mastering your impulses for 3 days first? That way, you can have a sense of victory. Then try 5 days, then a week? The psychological process of feeling victorious regularly is what helps one along the way toward greater and greater achievements. I, personally, would never start at 90-days as my first goal. But that's me. I believe you have the capacity for any goal of any time length. I just want to see you succeed. Good luck!
Day 41! KEEP GOOD COMPANY. Be sure you have adequate opportunities to talk freely with someone who lets you be yourself.
Thanks for the advice. I'll do that then, im gonna make sure i master the first few days and work my way up.
Day 7 I don't agree with Joe Rogan all the time, but this video is nice if a bit negative - try to find something you like doing and your passion will come - don't be satisfied with some job that pays you ok and that's enough.
Day 20! Doing it all the way! Replace bad habbits like edging and M whit positive ones to get full benefits is only right way.
