    Feeling pretty sleepy today. Maybe I'll limit screen time to just nofap and my online class.

    I have two styles of meditation. I kind of just want to do one but I'm so used to doing both it like feels awkward doing just one.

    I tried to not workout everyday but I just couldn't do it so I've been doing calisthenics everyday.

    I have like . .. I feel terribly uncomfortable being aroudn other people when I go out in public so I like generally stay inside. I at least want to be able to go out for a run and to go to my tae kwon do class in person. But the discomfort must be overcome inside before I can go overcome it outside. I only leave for a little sunlight in the back of my apartment building and to go to work twice a week.

    I'm hoping that I can meditate and it'll help me to like feel better enough to tolerate the stress of being around others. Mantak Chia says life is stressful in modern days. But that with enough practice we can handle more stress and live a long healthy happy life.

    I'm a psychology therapist. And one of my clients was inviting me over and probably trying to have sex with me. She's in active addiction and likes to sleep around. I declined her invitation to go over to her house for sessions with just us two there and her bottle of gin.

    Uhm....Planning to sleep 9 hours regularly trying for 8 is too much. I used to do 13 hours a night when I was on psychotropic meds.

    I'm lowering carbs.

    I think I'll take a week off at the end of this month. I generally like to take one week off every three months to just rest. I don't think I'll go back to my mom's though. I want to have no distractions so I can just work on myself. There's a master in awaken the healing energy that meditated 8 hours a day in a cottage for two months and healed himself of a terminal illness. Living a householder life into his nineties.

    My journey started 3 months ago after listening to one of cell's speeches I started to work out and at the beginning of this month I found this site. This site has motivated me to stop fapping and train even more I'm 10 days in my urges went away on the 7th day and I've been more motivated to do things, I've been more confident, Stronger and all sort of good stuff my birthday is in 4 days and after it I would have reach the elite warrior rank I'll consider the honor of being giving that rank as a birthday present form you guys.

    jealous girl, 1am

    Sleep:I woke up at 1am, great time to study and meditate.

    Gym & girls: leg day, heavy weights day. The girl I'm kind of dating was there she saw me talking to this other girl and got jealous, we were just talking. It was funny. She bit on the arm really hard because of it, that was funny and a bit painful.

    Yesterday I talked about sex to the girl I'm seeing the gym girl, she only had sex once. I told her there is no rush and we'll do it when she's ready, she blushed when I said this. With girls it's always better to not rush things, almost waiting for them to tell you to escalate intimacy. Even if we never do it, I don't mind, I've come to enjoy her company and being friends with her or any other girl without sex. I had so much sex in my life, that really is not an issue anymore. I could live happy with or without it.

    Study: very focus, waking up and studying at 1am it's really good. I think I'll keep doing this.

    Nofap: little to none screen time, sense control, meditation and breathing exercises. No urges or anything like it.

    Urges are a bit stronger, interesting that the high levels of discomfort still correlate to an urge at this point. No giving in though. Nothing is permanent.

    The medication that was supposed to help is actually throwing off my sleep schedule and it's throwing my schedule, but not my life off track.

    It really does. The problem is that we're so focused on the "I failed part" and not taking in the lesson of "Why did I fail?" part that will help us win.

    When you begin a journey like this, you don't know what you don't know...until you start failing and persisting through the failure.

    Then you create your path to success.

    It doesn't mean you try to relapse. It means that you understand that relapses will be part of the process as you learn to gain control.
