Exactly! For me It's been like that for years. For me personally I think the main reasons are that the mind have: 1. Used P to escape uncomfortable feelings 2. Tried to compensate for not having a love relationship. 3. Used images as mental stimulation rather than a real physical experience. 4. Unhappiness - This search will always be a failure, just like a donkey chasing carrot on a stick, forever.
d[^__^]b Headphones ON Notice: - Breathe with your belly, not only with your chest. Fill your lungs as much as you can. When breathing out before holding your breath, do not empty your lungs completely. I'd say breathe out around 40~50% of the air and then hold your breath. I also recommend a cold shower after the exercise. Both methods will force your mind to be more present in the moment. Cold showers can be extremely effective against depression, they have helped me: "cold showers may stimulate the locus ceruleus, or "blue spot," which is the brain's primary source of noradrenaline — a biochemical that could help mediate depression". This breathing exercise has helped me a lot and I always use it when I have anxiety. Do it every morning and you will feel like a new man. I absolutely love this guided video. Wim Hof is awesome.
Day 8/90 and I'm already feeling so much better mentally and physically. I just spent the weekend out camping and exploring, never once did I feel like I needed to turn porn to make me feel better.
Day-2, the morning was a little bit tough. I had severed urges during the morning, but still, I controlled myself. That's the thing you have to control your 5 senses, then you can enlighten yourself and others also. If you can't control your senses then that means the senses are controlling you, now it's your turn to decide you want to control something????? No, I don't want to be controlled. I want to be my own master, there will be True happiness if you can control your senses. I know it's not Essy but nothing is easy in LIFE.So stay strong be the master, be the king. Live by your own rules. Please replay your streak days and how are you feeling today. If you want to say something to me then say I'm open to everything.❤❤❤
Day 7. I'm planning a life without distractions. Screen addiction is a problem for too many Fapstronauts. Every device like a smart phone, a TV, tablet, a Laptop or anything similar emitts certain frequencies unnatural to the human body. Constantly checking your phone is your brain addicted to that "fix" of information but it's also connected to a specific electro-magnetic frequency. For the first time in known human history the human brain is drowning in a soup of electro-magnetic fields. No problems? ...riiiight.. I dare you, try to play cards with some friends in a living room, turn on the TV, mute it, and look away. I can guarantee 100% your head will turn right at the direction of the screen in less than a minute. You will not find it easy to resist looking at that screen even if you're aware of it. It's incredibly difficult. You have to force yourself not to look at it even if you are aware of it. That's how powerful those frequencies are. Those frequencies are at brain-wave level. You think you need this technology but when you've been without it for a few days and have grounded yourself in Nature you'll return to a more natural state of mind. Suddenly the "likes", the "social" media posts, and the latest video games, etc.. have no meaning to you what so ever. It's nothing. This is why I'm planning a life without all these distractions. I never take a phone with me anywhere, I don't have a stupid TV -it's a propaganda tool. Nothing else. Why do you think North Koreans are forced to watch TV? It's obvious. Same with the radio. I don't mean to sound pessimistic but most things modern humans do are a waste of time. We are bombarded with entertainment of all kinds and it's only there to distract us, not least P. We are tricked into (if not forced) to have a computer or a phone to use the internet for almost everything. About 5 years ago people talked about this type of addiction but I rarely hear anyone criticizing it nowdays. Insanity has become the norm. What I am saying here is that the addiction to P very much is connected to the electro magnetic waves coming off the screens, and from wifi etc. That itself is something you can get addicted to. Certain frequencies can be associated with (and trigger) certain behaviours like watching P. The cure for this is: 1. To be aware of the problem 2. Remove the cause of the problem (stop using "it") 3. Replace the problem with other things to ground yourself: spending time in Nature and where there's no electronic distractions. Sometimes doing nothing and being "bored" is the best thing that can ever happen to you. Not strange at all that digital detox camps is an actual thing!
